I was a little skeptical about ordering from Pro Camera since I noticed some negative feedback and they appeared to be operating under various names from the same location. However, they were the only ones with the lenses available at a decent price, so I decided to take a chance and used my PayPal credit card for some extra security, which also scored me a £20.00 discount. I'm pleased to report that the whole transaction went smoothly from beginning to end. The lenses showed up the very next morning at 8:15, just like the courier said. They were packed nicely in the manufacturer's sealed box and in perfect shape. I'm really satisfied with the entire experience, and based on this, I wouldn't think twice about ordering from Pro Camera again down the line. 5 stars! 👍

I ordered a Canon 8 - 15 mm zoom lens that was supposedly available. The first delivery date came and went, and now I'm stuck waiting until tomorrow before I reach out to Mastercard for a full refund. Man, I really wish I had looked at the reviews before I made this purchase! The second delivery date also passed without a word. There’s been no clear reason given for why the items were listed as in stock on the website, especially since I got an email confirming it before I placed my order. I've gone ahead and canceled the order, and they’ve 'promised' I’ll see my refund in three working days. Isn’t there some kind of rule with credit card companies that says they shouldn’t take your money unless the items are actually in stock and ready to ship?

I just picked up my second 'pro' lens from Pro-Camera. The Nikon 24 - 70mm f2.8 isn't exactly budget-friendly, but it's more affordable here than anywhere else I can think of. The first lens I got from them a while back was the Nikon 14 - 24mm f2.8.

Both lenses showed up in excellent shape. The first one took a bit longer to get here, but the second one arrived in just a few days.

I'm really happy with my lenses and will surely shop with this company again.

Now I gotta start saving for the Nikon 70 - 200mm f2.8.

It's super simple to throw shade from behind a screen. My dealings with Pro Camera have always been top-notch. I placed an order for a Fuji 16-80 lens on March 13th, which was a Saturday, and it showed up right on time on the 17th via DPD Local. So far, no problems with the lens, and everything appears to be functioning just fine.

I got myself a spare Zoom for my Sony A9, the Tamron 70-180mm. I usually tread carefully with online shops, but these folks were super friendly and always answered the phone. The delivery was a day behind schedule (thanks to Covid delays), but they shot me an email right away with the new delivery date, and it arrived at 9:30 am the following day.

I've been checking out the reviews for Pro-Camera, and generally, they seem pretty solid. I'm eyeing a Tamron lens on their website, and while Tamron provides a 5-year warranty, Pro-Camera only gives a 2-year one. Just something to ponder: is that extra 3 years of warranty worth more than the discount they offer?

The lens registered with Nikon without any hassle; definitely not a grey import or anything like that.

The only downside with Pro-Camera is that you don’t get any dispatch or tracking info, just an order confirmation via email. But when I shot an email to their sales team, they got back to me super quick.
